NFL Mock Draft 2017: Eagles select cornerback in first round

The Terrapins have had a solid track record in recent years in terms of the NFL Draft.

One option that has been discussed frequently is whether to keep the third pick or possibly trade down in the first round.

With dozens of street closings around the Museum of Art, parking will surely be a nightmare.

Dunn wasn't invited to the Scouting Combine, so aside from individual team workouts, Dunn hasn't had much of a chance to make a name for himself. If he's there at the 104th pick, that would be good value. In 2015, Smith-Schuster was arguably the best receiver in college football while racking up 89 grabs for 1,454 yards and 10 scores, helping him attain First-Team All-Pac-12 and Second-Team AP All-American honors.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota (8) hands off to running back DeMarco Murray (29) during the first half against the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium. If Allen is as good as advertised, the Jaguars should take him.

The same can be said for the quarterback position.

Once again, the 25 spot is a reach for quarterbacks, according to my rankings. Florida's Jarrad Davis fits the mold and could be available by the time Miami picks at No. 22 overall.

While all three mock drafters touting McCaffrey had perennial Panthers pick Leonard Fournette being selected before Carolina was on the clock, a couple of them had the Panthers passing over potential top-three picks in favor of McCaffrey. Either way, Trubisky and Watson are far and away the top two prospects in this draft. Of course, Pace could opt to go after a quarterback in the next tier of prospects, but the drop in talent is evident.

Offensive lineman Michael Dunn also had a chance to be a late round pick.

This is pretty amusing, especially with McShay's full-on trolling of no first-round QBs (Kiper's one is a little more believable, particularly considering that this is in a draft just of what he would do, not what GMs will necessarily do).

Given that this year's draft class is deep at several positions it would certainly be a benefit to have more picks.
