OnePlus 5 Leaked GeekBench Scores Outdo Snapdragon 835-Powered Samsung Galaxy S8+

OnePlus 5 Leaked GeekBench Scores Outdo Snapdragon 835-Powered Samsung Galaxy S8+

Whether OnePlus 5 to be sold in Russian Federation, information yet, but custom can wrap the parcel with this camera exactly the same as she wraps packages Xiaomi. However, the device was apparently spotted on a Chinese regulation website as carrying the codename: A5000, thereby suggesting that the device might be called OnePlus 5. Unsurprisingly, the leaks continue with a first benchmark leak for the handset, which seems to indicate the OnePlus 5 will be slightly faster than the Galaxy S8. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a single-core score of 1943 and a multi-core score of 5824. For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S8 had gleaned 1929 and 6084 points in the same categories. One thing that can be regarded as a confirmed update is that OnePLus 5 will run on an Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. That's not a huge surprise considering the Exynos version of the S8 Plus has proved to be faster than its Snapdragon 835 counterpart in past benchmark tests. OnePlus is also expected to introduce the new Dash Charge 2.0. The OnePlus 5 will probably follow the same pattern as its predecessors and rely on a stock-based user experience, coupled with overwhelming RAM. It's worth pointing out that the performance of prototypes could differ from the retail units.

Previously, it has been reported that the smartphone may be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 835 SoC and will offer a minimum of 6GB of RAM. However, it needs to be kept in mind that the scores may not translate to the actual performance in the real world.

Apart from that, the images leaked by the render also reveal the design of the smartphone.

Smartphone maker OnePlus is popular for offering smartphones with the top-in-line specs at the most competitive prices. But this could get even worse for Sammy when OnePlus 5 comes around later this summer. The two images confirm this. The image showed a phone's back with OnePlus logo and vertically placed dual camera setup. Both of these feature some of the latest features that OnePlus and Samsung can offer, making them a great choice for nearly everyone. According to India Today, the device would feature an edge-to-edge display similar to the Galaxy S8.
