Pochettino pledges his future to Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino insists that he will not rush Danny Rose back to fitness.

Pochettino's stance, however, will be a major boost for Tottenham as they embark on a season of upheaval next term and a temporary move to Wembley while the building of their new stadium is completed.

"No, no buy-out clause in my contract".

"There is no buy-out clause in my contract, I will stay here next season".

"There are many rumours but I am committed with the club, and have no reason to leave", he said. I will stay here, don't worry.

"You will see on July 3 at the start of pre-season, I will stay here".

Rose suffered damage to his knee ligaments on January 31 in Spurs' Premier League clash with Sunderland and was only initially expected to be out for a month.

"The Argentina global recently had an operation on his left hip and the latest surgery will not affect the overall recovery period", read a statement on the club's official website.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has backed his side to continue their improvement in next season's title race.

Kieran Trippier sustained concussion against Manchester United last weekend and is unavailable, while Kyle Walker has a minor ankle injury and will also miss out.

The England worldwide has not played since the end of January when he damaged knee ligaments during a goalless draw with Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.

"I am sure next season we will try again to fight, we need to do better, be stronger, improve in every area to try to win".

'I sent him some texts after the surgery yesterday. "He will have all our support".

He said: "It is about being more competitive next season".

The England worldwide could now be out for several more months and Pochettino was unable to reassure fans about a potential return before the 2017-18 Premier League campaign starts in August. "We need to see how he reacts after that situation. That is why they won in the end". "It's okay but maybe he is not at his best to play 90 minutes", Pochettino said. We hope and wish him a speedy recovery.
