LaVar Ball Removes Shoplifting Son LiAngelo Ball From UCLA

Lonzo Ball, the oldest of the three brothers, is now a rookie with the Los Angeles Lakers after spending one season at UCLA.

LaVar Ball told ESPN they exploring their options on where LiAngelo Ball will play next.

The younger Ball, along with freshmen Jalen Hill and Cody Riley, have been barred from all team activities as part of their suspension for shoplifting from three high-end stores last month when UCLA opened its season overseas. They were detained for about a week in China before the case against them was dropped, with President Donald Trump saying he spoke on behalf of the players to Chinese President Xi Jinping. "He's out of there".

In spite of the fact that LaVar is removing LiAngelo from the school, a family spokesperson told TMZ Sports that both the father and son are grateful for everything that UCLA has done.

Trump then got into a public dispute with Ball's father, LaVar Ball, the outspoken head of a sports apparel company who has two other basketball-playing sons.

"He's going to be taken care of either way", LaVar Ball said of LiAngelo, and then suggested that LiAngelo could have a future as a model. But a school might be willing to take a chance on him, though it's doubtful that it will be a program as prestigious as UCLA. However, Ball has maintained that his son's lapse in judgment "ain't that big a deal".

A family spokesperson added LiAngelo and Lavar appreciate UCLA for everything. despite the circumstances that led to the suspension.
