Vegas Play of the Day: Falcons at Rams

Vegas Play of the Day: Falcons at Rams

They dominated time of possession and softened up the Rams defense. You can buy eight seats all in a row for all eight members of your family right now at many different locations within the Coliseum. The fact they're the only NFC team from last year's postseason to make it in speaks to the volatility of such things, but when a team goes to the Super Bowl and leads the National Football League in scoring and, well, nearly slams New England for the championship, it enters the following season with a certain expectation level.

The Rams would appear to have the edge in balance to go along with the home-field advantage. If they can get going early, this could hurt the Rams.

Falcons QB Matt Ryan is in the playoffs for the sixth time in his 10-year career, but hasn't had the consistent postseason success to match his career stats. You can feel the electricity and the confidence protruding from the Rams locker. Not only has Donald had an impressive season, but Grady Jarrett has too. Veteran quarterback Matt Ryan leads a once-prolific offense that has struggled to find consistency under new coordinator Steve Sarkisian. No matter you're perspective, personally, I can agree with both sides.

Featuring a young team on the rise along with a trio of NFC South squads, there are plenty of intriguing storylines heading into the first round of the playoffs. If that doesn't excite you, Aaron Donald will be making men much smaller than he is look like rag dolls. Regardless, Sean McVay carried the torch that was lit by Jeff Fisher and strived - even while in his shadow. After last week's game, Rams coaches weren't sure he'd be able to play.

The favorite is 13-3 against the spread in the last 16 meetings between these two teams but the Falcons have covered in five of their last seven games against the Rams. He also made the Rams the number 1 scoring offense in the league, only 31 spots more than Jeff Fisher's 2016 Rams. There's a ton of effort and heart that goes into a turnaround this big.

Mark my words, tonight the Rams are going to beat the Falcons.

"For us, it's another game and another opportunity to go out there and execute". "I try to focus or worry or lend my brain space to trying to win games". If the World Series in LA this year showed us anything, it proves that Los Angeles loves winning.

Los Angeles can not afford to let Julio Jones get hot early in this game, otherwise all they'll be doing is playing catch up and hoping for a stop to try and get back in control of things.
